Canyon Vista Design Build, LLC is focused on custom home design and is a licensed general contracting company located in Salt Lake City - Park City, UT. Our company specializes in residential remodeling and new custom home designs.
The goal at Canyon Vista is to create high-end homes for our clients. We focus on quality, sustainability, and communication with homeowners. From high-level design work to the minor details of construction, we are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our clients.

PROCESS
Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. The way you describe your dream helps us bring the design to life. We will help you stay within your budget from start to finish.
Design it.
We start with a design meeting to collaborate and get the best idea of what your home goals are. We then put your dream into virtual reality software, where we take you on a virtual tour throughout your future home.
Plan it.
Once the design has been solidified, we will move forward with construction documents and an official construction bid. At this stage, we will get all subcontractors involved and schedule them accordingly for the most efficient build possible.
Build it.
Once all the pieces to the puzzle are in place, construction can begin. We like to keep our clients regularly informed on the process of the build.
Style it.
We have multiple interior design teams that we can refer once the architectural plans have been completed. This will allow you to choose the best designer for your style of home.
Live it.
We like to stay in touch with our clients as they live in their new home to hear how things are going, and be there for anything they might need in the future.
